At Bob Acton Sports, our PA DAY Hockey Camps combine the convenience off an all-day camp with on ice skill training to provide a great hockey development experience for players.
There are two on-ice sessions for a total of three hours of on-ice training.
PLAYERS ARE GROUPED BY SKILL.
Please have the players ready to go on the ice when the camp begins at 9 am.

8:30AM — Dressing Room
9:00AM-10:30AM – Ice time #1 (power skating/skills stations)
10:30AM-12:30PM – Dressing Room/Sport of the Day (off ice)
12:30PM-1PM – Lunch
1PM-1:30PM – Warmup/Dressing Room time
1:30PM-3:00PM – Ice Time 2 (small area games)
3PM-4PM — Dressing Room/Cool Down
4PM Pickup

Notes
• Send snacks and drinks (lots of water) for your camper.
• Please respect our “Nut-Free” snack policy.
• Please make sure all equipment and other items are labeled in some way.
• Late pickup (5:00pm) is available for an additional $20/day. If needed, please let staff know in the morning and bring cash.
Booking Instructions
When booking please remember that there are two types of accounts — a PARENT account that pays for sessions and a PARTICIPANT account, which is used to BOOK, CANCEL and VIEW SCHEDULES. Each will have its own log in information.
If you are just getting started, PLEASE EMAIL info@bobactonsports.com after you have create your accounts so we can LINK them and allow you to share your sessions between PARTICIPANTS.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on camp purchases. If you need to cancel a camp, a credit will be offered if cancellation is requested prior to seven days of event. Credit will be available for six months from purchase date. No credit will be be available for missing a day of a weekly camp regardless of when the cancellation is made.
CLASS SKILL LEVELS
Beginners (Starting at 4 years old)
Teaching Focus: Learning to skate techniques, stopping, balance, C-cuts and basic stick handling. Session concludes with 20 minute, 3-on-3 game on beginner nets.
Intermediate (Based on skill level)
Teaching Focus: Lengthening of skating stride, forward and backward stride development, edge work, cross overs, pivoting, puck control, advanced stick handling and more. Session concludes with 20 minute 3-on-3 game.
Advanced (Based on skill level)
Teaching Focus: Skating explosiveness and acceleration with puck, edge control, drills to improve strength, agility, shot power and accuracy, advanced stick handling and more in-game applicable drills. Session concludes with 20-minute 3-on-3 game with goalies.
