Jackson Nishimura
Jackson Nishimura is a University of Guelph graduate, professional lacrosse player, and Beaches Jr. A alumni. As an athlete, Jackson played on the Beaches Jr. A team for five years, and served as the Assistant Captain in his senior season. From there, he was drafted into the NLL to play for the New England Blackwolves; he is currently going into his fourth season. As a coach, Jackson has been involved with Beast Athletics and Bob Acton sports programming for a number of years. Additionally, he coached the Beaches Novice Team in 2019. The Beaches lacrosse community has been integral to Jackson’s personal and athletic development. As a result, he is dedicated to giving back to the community through coaching and mentorship. He is committed to helping young players develop both as athletes and leaders in their communities.
