Matthew Kustec
Matt first started with Bob Acton Sports as a player, and was coached by our founder Bob Acton. He has been an instructor at Bob Acton Sports for 8 years, first starting as a Jr. instructor in 2013.Matt last played Jr. Hockey in the PJHL as a defenceman for the Uxbridge Bruins Hockey Club. He is currently focusing on his studies at the University of Toronto, where he is doing a specialist's program in Astrophysics and a minor program in French. He plans to resume his own play in the near future. Prior to University, Matt attended Malvern Collegiate Institute, where he played Football, Hockey, and Lacrosse. Before the pandemic, Matt was a volunteer coach for the Malvern Jr. Boys hockey team, in addition to the Glen Ames Sr. P.S. hockey team. When not on the ice, Matt loves to sail.
